2.1 Information You Provide to Us
Information you provide to us during registration and use of the Service.

2.2 Device Identifiers
Device details of what you are connecting with, including operating system information, Bluetooth connection and status records, device type, model, and/or manufacturer. Data files or similar data structures stored on or associated with your device.
- Device identifiers are automatically obtained by the system for account security verification
- Generated using privacy-preserving methods that do not expose your personal device information

- App crash details information automatically reported by your device
2.4 IP Addresses
We use IP addresses to track and aggregate non-personally identifiable information, such as identifying regions from which users navigate the Websites.
2.5 Permissions and Features
To deliver advanced interaction features, we request specific permissions with explicit privacy safeguards:
- Camera Permission
Used for AR interactive experiences, photography, and video recording. Photos and videos are stored only on your local device and are not automatically uploaded to our servers.
- Microphone Permission
Used for recording audio during video capture and voice interaction. Voice processing occurs locally without storage or upload.
- Storage Permission
Used for reading and saving media files and interaction logs.
- Nearby Devices Permission
Required for Bluetooth-based wellness device pairing and control. Communications are encrypted and never shared.
- Sensor Permission (Gyroscope & Accelerometer)
Used for VR head tracking and motion-based interaction features. Sensor data is processed locally in real-time and never stored or transmitted.
- Location Permission
Required solely as an Android system prerequisite for Bluetooth Low Energy device scanning. No geographic location data is ever collected, stored, or transmitted.
- Video Sync Feature
When you use the Video Sync feature, the app performs real-time analysis of video content being played (e.g., detecting human movements and scene dynamics) to generate synchronized haptic feedback commands for connected wellness devices. Video frame analysis is performed entirely on your device. No video content is ever stored, recorded, or transmitted. Analysis terminates immediately upon exiting the feature.
2.6 Information We Do NOT Collect
- Geographic location data (location permission is solely for Bluetooth scanning)
- Contact lists or call logs
- Financial or payment information
- Biometric data
Note: While we do not collect biometric information, if you choose to authenticate yourself through certain service providers we use, they may collect biometric information subject to their privacy policies, but we are never provided with access to that information.

- Wellness device pairing and synchronized interaction

4. Data Security

- All passwords are encrypted using industry-standard hashing
- Data transmission is protected with HTTPS/TLS encryption

- Upon account deletion, your account will be immediately deactivated and your data will no longer be accessible. We will permanently remove your personal data from our servers within a reasonable period, typically within 30 days
