Account

How do I create an account?

To create an account:

  • Download our app from Google Play or App Store
  • Open the app and tap "Register"
  • Enter your email address and create a password
  • Set up your security code for account recovery
  • Verify your email address

Note: Your device must be pre-registered to create an account.

I forgot my password. How can I reset it?

To reset your password:

  • Open the app and tap "Forgot Password"
  • Enter your registered email address
  • Enter your security code
  • Create a new password

If you've also forgotten your security code, please contact our support team.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account from within the app:

  • Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account
  • Confirm your decision
  • Your account and data will be permanently deleted

Note: After deletion, your device ID will be released and can be used to create a new account.

Device

Why can't I register on my device?

Registration may fail because:

  • Your device is not pre-registered in our system
  • The device is already associated with another account
  • Your device has been banned due to policy violations

Please contact support if you believe this is an error.

Can I use the app on multiple devices?

Our app uses a single sign-on (SSO) security system. Each account can only be logged in on one device at a time. If you log in on a new device, you will be automatically logged out from the previous device.

What devices are supported?

Our app supports:

  • Android devices running Android 8.0 or higher
  • iOS devices running iOS 13.0 or higher
  • Bluetooth 4.0 or higher for device connectivity

Security

Is my data secure?

Yes, we take security seriously:

  • All passwords are encrypted using bcrypt hashing
  • Data transmission uses HTTPS/TLS encryption
  • We implement single sign-on (SSO) for account protection
  • Regular security audits are performed
What is a security code?

A security code is a 4-6 digit code you set during registration. It is used to:

  • Reset your password if you forget it
  • Verify your identity for sensitive operations
  • Recover your account

Keep your security code safe and do not share it with anyone.

Privacy

What data do you collect?

We collect only essential data:

  • Email address and phone number (for account)
  • Device ID (for authentication)
  • Login timestamps (for security)

We do NOT collect location data, contact lists, photos, or financial information. See our Privacy Policy

Do you sell my data?

No. We do NOT sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Your privacy is important to us.

How can I request my data or deletion?

You have the right to:

  • Request a copy of your personal data
  • Request deletion of your account and data
  • Update or correct your information

Troubleshooting

The app won't connect to my device

Try these steps:

  • Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone
  • Ensure the device is powered on and in pairing mode
  • Keep your phone within 10 meters of the device
  • Try restarting both your phone and the device
  • Check that Location Services are enabled (required for Bluetooth on Android)
I'm getting a "Token Expired" error

This means your login session has expired. Simply:

  • Close and reopen the app
  • Log in again with your credentials

For security, tokens expire after a period of inactivity.

The app crashes or freezes

Try these solutions:

  • Make sure you have the latest version of the app
  • Clear the app cache (Settings → Apps → Clear Cache)
  • Restart your phone
  • Reinstall the app if the problem persists
