Terms of Service

This document contains important Terms and Conditions which affect your legal rights and remedies. Using the APP constitutes acceptance by you of these Terms and Conditions.

The Agreement forms a legally binding contract between you and Shenzhen Wanchuan Industrial Co., Ltd. The Terms and Conditions shall be referred to as the Agreement hereinafter, and expressly incorporate the Privacy Policy.

1. User Disclaimer

1.1 Age Restriction

The App is intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to use the App. If you are under 18, please do not use the App.

1.2 Nature of the App and Third-Party Content

The App provides tools including a VR panoramic player, Video Sync playback, and Bluetooth wellness device controls. The App itself does not provide, host, or endorse any third-party content. Users may enjoy videos of their own choosing. Any third-party video content played through the App may include materials intended only for adults, and the user assumes all responsibility for such access.

1.3 Disclaimer of Liability

The App is not liable for any third-party video content played by the user. Any losses, damages, or consequences resulting from the use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to emotional discomfort, conflicts of moral beliefs, or personal relationship disturbances, are the sole responsibility of the user. We do not monitor, review, or interfere with users' content choices.

1.4 Privacy Protection

The App takes reasonable measures to protect your personal privacy information. However, due to the inherent risks of the internet, the complete security of your information cannot be guaranteed. By using the App, you agree to assume the risks and understand that the App may collect, store, and process your personal information. For information on how the App collects and processes personal information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

2. User Conduct

2.1 Who Can Use the Services

No one under 18 years of age is allowed to download the App, create an account, or use the Services. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have the capacity and desire to form a binding contract with the Company; you will comply with these Terms and all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules, and regulations.

2.2 Your Rights

The Company grants you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-negotiable, non-exclusive and revocable right to access and use the Services. This license is for the sole purpose of enabling you to use and enjoy the Services consistent with these Terms and our usage policies.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software, unless laws prohibit these restrictions, or you have our written permission to do so.

2.3 User Data

The App only collects and stores account information necessary for user registration (such as email and device information). The App does not collect, store, or transmit any video content played by users.

Bluetooth device control data used through the App is processed locally and is not uploaded to our servers. Video analysis and haptic feedback generation are performed entirely on the device.

3. Application Permissions

The Service requires the following device permissions:

• Storage: Used for reading and saving media files and interaction logs.
• Camera: Used for AR interactive experiences and photo/video features.
• Microphone: Enables voice interaction and device control. Voice processing occurs locally.
• Bluetooth: Used to connect and control wellness devices. Communications are encrypted.
• Location: Required solely as an Android system prerequisite for Bluetooth scanning. No location data is collected.
• Sensors: Used for VR head tracking and motion-based interaction features.

You may revoke any permission at any time in your device Settings. Some features may be unavailable without required permissions.

4. Copyright

The Service and its contents, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, images, audio, and video, are owned by Shenzhen Wanchuan Industrial Co., Ltd. and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

5. Safety

We try hard to keep our Services a safe place for all users. But we can't guarantee it. That's where you come in. By using the Services, you agree that:

• You will not use any robot, spider, crawler, scraper, or other automated means or interface to access the Services or extract other user's information.
• You will not use or develop any third-party applications that interact with the Services or other users' content or information without our written consent.
• You will not use the Services in a way that could interfere with, disrupt, negatively affect, or inhibit other users from fully enjoying the Services, or that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the functioning of the Services.
• You will not post content that contains or links to graphic violence, threats, hate speech, or incitements to violence.
• You will not upload viruses or other malicious code or otherwise compromise the security of the Services.
• You will not attempt to circumvent any content-filtering techniques we employ, or attempt to access areas or features of the Services that you are not authorized to access.
• You will not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our Services or any system or network, unless previously authorized by us.

6. Account Security

You are responsible for any activity that occurs in your Vonbarque ARVR account. It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your account. If at any time you believe that someone else has gained access to your account with or without your permission, please immediately reach out to service@wanchuanshiye.com.

7. Disclaimers

We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that:

• Your use of the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free
• Defects will be corrected in a timely manner
• The Service will be free from loss, corruption, attack, viruses, interference, hacking, or other security intrusion
• The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable

You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the Service is at your sole risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event will Vonbarque ARVR be liable for any direct, special, punitive, indirect, or consequential damages or any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, loss of use, data, or profits, whether in an action of contract or tort (including negligence), arising out of your use of this site.

9. Account Termination

9.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time through the account deletion feature in the app. Upon termination:

• Your account will be deactivated
• Your personal data will be permanently removed from our servers within a reasonable period, typically within 30 days
• Local app data is removed when you uninstall the application
• You can clear browsing history and cached data at any time through app settings

9.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

10. Amendment to Terms

Shenzhen Wanchuan Industrial Co., Ltd. maintains the right in its absolute discretion, at any time and without notice, to amend, remove or vary the Services, the App, or these Terms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China.

For international users, disputes may be resolved in accordance with applicable international laws and treaties.

12. Entire Agreement

The above Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement of the parties and supersede any and all contemporaneous agreements between you and Shenzhen Wanchuan Industrial Co., Ltd. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms of Use will be effective only if in writing and signed by an Officer of Shenzhen Wanchuan Industrial Co., Ltd.
